All-time saves leader Mariano Rivera wore this size 46 (+2) Russell Athletic New York Yankees pinstripe jersey during the 2003 World Series. This button-down jersey has the traditional Yankee navy blue pinstripes and the interlocking “NY” sewn on the upper left chest in tackle twill. Rivera’s “42” is sewn on in back. Each sleeve has a patch with the left sleeve having a commemorative “100th Anniversary” patch and the right sleeve having the “2003 World Series” patch. Rivera signed his name in blue marker below the interlocking “NY” on the front and inscribed “03 W.S Game Used”. The Russell Athletic tag and faded team tag are sewn on the bottom front right tail. This jersey comes with a COA and a LOA from Steiner Sports authenticating both game use and signature.
