Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw isn’t the type of pitcher to step to the plate willing to accept a strikeout. The Los Angeles lefty is one of the better hitting pitchers in the game today, evidenced by his respectable .225 average posted in 2011. It’s an area of his game that Kershaw has realty worked to improve. This game-used Kershaw single-ear Rawlings batting helmet comes from the 2010 season and features a white label on the inside that reads “22 Clayton Kershaw 2010.” The blue helmet features Kershaw’s number “22” on the back with an “LA” logo above the brim. A “Rawlings” sticker logo appears on the inside of the helmet, which shows moderate signs of game use, including heavy scuffing on top of the piece. The game used batting helmet comes with a LOA from JT Sports.
