     Presented here are two items used during the New York Mets first season at Citi Field. The first item is a base, used on May 26th, 2009 against the Washington Nationals as first base during the first through third inning. The Mets won this game 6-1 as Gary Sheffield hit the 504th home run of his Major League career. Livan Hernandez pitched a complete game to earn the win for the Mets. This base, which features a Citi Field Inaugural Season logo on the surface of the base, comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (LH 188610).

     The second item is a pitching rubber. It was used from the start of the Nationals series, on May 25th, through a three game series with the Florida Marlins that ended on May 31st. This item comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (LH 188768).
