2000 saw Hall of Famer Vladimir Guerrero hit a career high 44 home runs, earning him an All-Star appearance and that year’s Silver Slugger Award. In 2001, Guerrero had a solid season with the Montreal Expos as he finished that season with a .307 average, 34 home runs and 108 RBI. Guerrero used this Louisville Slugger C271 model bat during the 2000-01 seasons in Montreal. This bat displays excellent game use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks, blue ink transfers and black bat rack streaks present on the barrel. There is a light coating of pine tar on the upper handle/lower barrel area and Guerrero’s number “27” and the bat’s model number “C271” has been handwritten in black marker on the knob and top barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B19082) for the game use and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9.
