With 12 All-Star game appearances and five American League batting titles, Wade Boggs is without a doubt one of the games best hitters over the past half century. This bat dates to 1990, right in the midst of a remarkable nine consecutive seasons of batting .300 or higher. Such consistency made Boggs a first ballot Hall of Famer in 2005. Boggs' Louisville Slugger B349 bat shows excellent use and is un-cracked. A moderate coat of pine tar remains on the handle and center brand. His number "26" has been hand written in marker on the know end. Best of all, the Hall of Famer has signed the barrel between the stamped endorsement and center brand. Letter of Authenticity (1B07824) from PSA/DNA who have graded this bat GU 8.5.
