Now one of the centerpieces in a potent Atlanta Braves lineup, Justin Upton has earned his place as one of baseball’s most all-around dynamic outfielders. A former No. 1 overall pick by the Diamondbacks in 2005, Upton rose through the minor league ranks before making his Major League debut in 2007. Part of that journey included a stop with the Double-A Mobile BayBears, where Upton hit .309 in 71 games. This navy blue, button-down game-used BayBears jersey was signed by Upton on the reverse side “0” in bold, silver Sharpie with the inscription “Game Used 2007.” The front of the mesh jersey features Upton’s number “10” pressed in maroon with white bordering along with a “MB MOBILE” logo pressed on the left chest in white with maroon bordering. The back of the jersey boasts Upton’s number “10” in maroon with a white border. A “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag is stitched to the left front tail of the jersey along with one on the inside collar that reads size “L.” The signed, game-used jersey comes with a LOA signed by Upton in addition to an LOA from the Mobile BayBears. The signed jersey also is PSA/DNA certified, verification number “W89038,” and is certified under the MLB Authentication program, verification number “BB903361.”
