Offered is a 276-card complete set of 1953 Topps baseball cards. Topps' second-year effort saw the company taking a distinct fork in the road relative to the course of its competitor, Bowman. The 1953 Topps cards present an individually painted portrait for each player subject, and the full set acts in concert as an astoundingly vivid gallery of these handcrafted images. Each card has the capital letter “B” written in brown marker on the back number.
