Offered is an extremely rare early World Series program from Shibe Park, from Game 2, 4 or the clinching Game 6. The teams alternated home field during the Series, with this back and forth travel coupled with some extensive rain delays, the Series took almost two weeks to play. The un-scored program is in Excellent overall condition with some light to moderate edge wear, and a small tear along the bottom edge of the spine, which exhibits little oxidation of the staples. Very light tear to upper edge of back cover. Full-length images of all the Athletic greats including Connie Mack, Eddie Plank, Chief Bender, Eddie Collins and Home Run Baker, but almost nothing of the visiting Christy Mathewson led Giants. Excellent condition.
