In one of the most exciting World Series, the Gas House Gang St. Louis Cardinals won a hard fought seven-game series over the G-Men Detroit Tigers. This finished a run by the Red birds of five World Series appearances over a nine year stretch. This program from Navin Field in Detroit is un-scored and remains in very nice condition. Grading Excellent, this program contains light cover and edge wear. The spine is intact with a few crinkles and light scraping. Terrific advertisement on back cover with Tiger manager Mickey Cochrane. Excellent overall condition.
