“The Catch” on January 10, 1982, during the NFC Championship game between the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys, is remembered as one of the most memorable events in NFL history. This Official NFL San Francisco 49ers Riddell replica helmet is adorned with the “SF” logo on either side. Clark and Montana signed on the right side dome in bold, black Sharpie on either side of the SF. Above the SF the final play is drawn out, marking the touchdown, while below the SF is inscribed, “THE CATCH 1.10.82.” Matching NFL, LA 014256402, holographic stickers are located on the inside, left ear of the helmet and on the outside of the box. This item is accompanied by a JSA “The Witnessed Protection Program” COA, certification number W595983, authenticating the helmet being signed in the presence of a JSA representative along with a JSA sticker on the bottom-right, rear of the helmet.
