Known as “The Triplets,” Hall of Famers quarterback Troy Aikman, wide receiver Michael Irvin and running back Emmitt Smith, are part of the 1990s three-time Super Bowl Championship Dallas Cowboys team. They were simultaneously inducted into the Cowboys’ Ring of Honor on Sept. 19, 2005. This Official NFL Dallas Cowboys Riddell replica helmet is signed and inscribed by The Triplets in bold, black Sharpie on the right side dome. Aikman inscribed “SB XXVII MVP” below his signature. Signing his name with his number 88, Irvin also inscribed “Super Bowl XXVII XXVIII XXX Champs.” Smith signed and inscribed “SB XXVIII MVP.” Blue-white appliqué Texas stars are on either side of the helmet. At the rear of the helmet, on the bottom right, are authentication holograms: Emmitt Smith, Troy Aikman, and a GT Sports Marketing Michael Irvin sticker. Below these three is the James Spence Authentication sticker. Accompanying this helmet is a JSA “The Witnessed Protection Program” COA, certification number W664774, authenticating the helmet being signed in the presence of a JSA representative.
