Former Red Sox outfielder Johnny Gomes went 1-3 with a single while wearing this size 50 MLB Authenticated jersey (#EK987832) in Boston’s 1-0, Game Three victory over the Detroit Tigers in the 2013 American League Championship Series. The Red Sox eventually beat the Tigers four games to two, en route to the team’s third World Series championship in 11 years and seventh overall. Boston is stitched across the front of this gray button-down mesh Red Sox road jersey in navy tackle twill with Gomes name and number five written in the same fashion on the back. The jersey has ventilated sleeves and a “2013 Post Season” patch is on the right sleeve above a black armband honoring the victims of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings. The left sleeve is adorned with the Red Sox regular logo patch just above an embroidered Majestic logo. An MLB Authentic Collection/Majestic manufacturers label is adhered to the front left tail with a “5 50 ‘13” strip tag.
