Three time All-Star outfielder Curtis Granderson signed this MLB Authentic (#LH175319) Detroit Tigers 2008 white button-down home jersey in bold blue sharpie under the team’s old English D logo. Along with a “member of 20 x 4 Club” inscription in recognition of his spectacular 2007 season when he accumulated more than 20 doubles, 20 triples, 20 home runs and 20 stolen bases. Granderson’s name and number are in navy tackle twill on the back and he also signed the 8 in his number 28 in bold silver sharpie with a “28” inscription and added “.280 avg., 66 RBI, 22 HR, 12 SB” and “”1st major leaguer from UIC [University of Illinois at Chicago]” and “Game Used” inscriptions on the 2. Granderson went 1-3 with a single when he wore this jersey in a game against the Oakland A’s on September 10, 2008 and the jersey shows great game use; the whole right side and collar are covered with dirt stains. Navy piping runs around the collar and alongside the buttons. A MLB Authentic/Majestic manufacturers label and “28 48 08 317” strip tag are affixed to the left front tail.
