Bernie Williams was one of the key contributors to the New York Yankees run of four World Series titles in five years. This black finish Rawlings bat is attributed to Williams use in the 1996 World Series, the first of those championships. Based upon factory order records, the labeling period and player use characteristics, this un-cracked bat was used by Williams during his 1996 season. The 34.5 inch, 33.3 ounce 433B model number bat exhibits sign of light use. A few ball marks are visible on the right and front barrel including blue ink transfers and white leather scuff marks. These blue ink transfers could not have been attained during the 1996 World Series since the official ball used during that World Series had red ink. Stamped on the knob is the model number (433B), his initials (BW) and year (1996WS), giving the World Series attribution. Full LOA from PSA/DNA, cert number 1B08416.
