A true innovator in the world of martial arts and entertainment, Bruce Lee’s genius came to an untimely end in 1973 when he died suddenly in his prime at just 32 years old. This 9 ½ x 2-inch police whip was personally designed, commissioned and used by Lee to demonstrate his discipline of martial arts, Jeet Kune Do. The whip features a metal base wrapped in braided leather with a looped strap affixed by a stitch. The whip shows moderate signs of use, as some of the braided leather is coming apart in an area where the weapon would make contact with an object or person. The whip comes with a signed COA by George Lee, a friend and student of Bruce Lee’s, who owned the weapon as part of his personal collection.
