A successful 10-year veteran major league hurler when he signed with the New York Yankees as a free agent at the conclusion of the 2008 season; A.J. Burnett reached his first post-season and World Series in his first year with the team. Burnett went 13-9 and notched three post-season victories for the Bombers in 2009. Burnett’s number 34 is sewn onto the back of this gray size 52 Yankees road jersey in navy and white tackle twill with New York stitched across the front in the same fashion. A “Yankee Stadium 2009” inaugural season patch is on the left shoulder and an MLB Authentic/Majestic manufacturers label with “2009,” size “52,” and “+2” SLV” flag tags attached on the front left tail. Jersey displays light wear with some black ink markings on the back and comes with Mears LOA.
