Former St. Louis Cardinals slugger Albert Pujols hit the game’s only home run and manned this MLB Authentic first base bag (#BB493004) at Major League Baseball’s inaugural Civil Right Game played at AutoZone Park in Memphis, Tennessee on March 31, 2007. St. Louis hurler Adam Wainwright allowed one run on three hits in five innings and also hit a two-run double as the Cardinals topped the Cleveland Indians 5-1 in each team’s last spring exhibition game of the season. Original Hollywood Base contains inaugural Civil Rights Game logo on the top center with Cleveland and St. Louis plastic logos inlaid on sides and alternating MLB Civil Rights Game inlaid plastic logos on the other opposite sides, and shows plenty of game use with a heavy coat of red dirt. “1st B Set B” is written in black sharpie on the underside.
