Led by Larry Johnson, Stacy Augmon, and Greg Anthony the Runnin’ Rebels coached by Jerry Tarkanian blew out the Duke Blue Devils 103-73 to win the 1990 NCAA basketball title. For their efforts, the team was issued these very nice Championship rings. The face features the Number “1” covered with diamonds, all set upon a red stone, surrounded by “UNLV 1990 NATIONAL CHAMPIONS”. One shank has the score “UNLV 103-DUKE 73” above their conference name “Big West” and their overall record “35-5.” The other shank has the name “PILKINGTON”, the school “UNLV” and the year “1990” and name UNLV NATIONAL CHAMPIONS” etched below. Stamped within the band is the manufacturers name “JOSTENS 10K.” Size 10.75 and weighs 38 grams.
