Featured is a signed Sports Illustrated magazine, Vol. 17 No. 1, issued on July 2, 1962. The cover highlights Mickey Mantle the “INDISPENSABLE YANKEE” along with his photograph. Mantle signed in blue Sharpie across the chest, showing great contrast against his white Yankees jersey. This magazine shows light wear and tear, its cover page is loose from the bottom staple and there is a slight rip on the back cover. It is evident that the original owner’s address label was peeled off. A PSA/DNA letter of authenticity, certification number Q09668, accompanies this item.
