Bobby Murcer spent 13 of his 17 major league seasons in New York Yankees pinstripes compiling a respectable .279 batting average and hit 175 of his 252 career home runs with the team. This un-cracked, 35.5-inch, 33.7-ounce Hillerich and Bradsby Louisville Slugger K55 model displays excellent game use with numerous ball marks, stitch impressions and green bat rack streaks on the right and back barrel as well as an impression from a weighted batting donut and clean white ring around the front of the knob where Murcer used a palm pad. A moderate amount of pine tar coats the handle and model number K55 labeling period 1973, is engraved in the knob where the bat’s “33” ounce weight has also been written in pencil; comes with PSA/DNA LOA certification #1B08385, PSA GU-9.
