The next year he would set the franchise record for double plays and consecutive game without committing an error. Moustakas' rookie year Max 174 bat shows outstanding use with a handle crack and a few pieces missing. Hosmer used this Louisville Slugger during his 2009 season in the minors. The future Royal split the year between the Burlington Bees and Wilmington Blue Rocks honing the skills that would take him to majors in just 2 short years. The Louisville Slugger C243 shows light use and is un-cracked. Hosmer's name is stamped into the barrel along with the name of his parent club, the Kansas City Royals.
