In the 1st inning of the June 27, 2013 game at Detroit, Doug Fister of the Tigers faced Los Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout, when Trout singled sharply to center field. This is the exact ball Trout hit for that base hit (career hit #308), which bounced off the distant center field wall and back on to the field. The OML Selig ball has tremendous evidence of game use, with multiple areas of smudging, the professional pregame rubdown, and a large scrape where ball met bat. The ball was tossed out of play to the ball boy, and was affixed with a MLB Authentic hologram sticker (EK635656). Great Mike Trout base hit game used baseball, a game Trout had a four hit game.
