Dragging himself back from the brink of self-destruction brought on by drinking and drugs, Josh Hamilton roared out of the 2007 Reds spring training with a vengeance. As eager baseball fans watched, the Reds outfielder redeemed his career by hitting just shy of .300 with 19 homers in 90 games. It was the perfect story of redemption, played out on a baseball field in front of millions. This is one of Hamilton's bats used during that phoenix-like summer. The Carolina Clubs Pro bat is cracked and shows heavy use. Hamilton's number "33" is found on the knob end. Letter of Authenticity (1B08430) from PSA/DNA who have graded this bat GU 8.5.
