The 1989-1990 Oakland A's were THE powerhouse team of the era. Propelled by the bats of the Bash Brothers, Jose Canseco and Mark McGwire, the A's won the World Championship in 1989 and the AL pennant in 1990. This Canseco bat was used by the slugger during one of his finest seasons, 1990, in which he bashed 37 homers to lead the A's their third consecutive pennant. The Worth model WC173 bat shows light use and is un-cracked. Canseco's number "33" is located on the knob end. A great bat dating from one of the most exciting teams of the 1990's.
