Michael Jordan’s return to professional basketball in the 2001-02 season was met with great fanfare and for good reason --- who wouldn’t want to see the world’s greatest player of all time back on the court? Jordan sported these (you guessed it) “Jordan” sneakers during his debut season with the Washington Wizards in 2001. The size 13.5 sneakers feature hand-written lettering on the inside tongue beneath the barcode and show moderate signs of game use, including creasing on toes and ankles, as well as several scuff marks. “Jordan” logos are found in five places on each sneaker, with his famed number “23” etched at the toes of both feet.
