A force at linebacker for the Minnesota Vikings, E.J. Henderson enjoyed a productive nine-year career in the NFL that was highlighted by a 2010 trip to the Pro Bowl. Henderson decided to walk away from the game the following season at age 31 after one of his best years as a pro. Henderson signed this game-used purple Vikings home jersey in bold, black Sharpie on the reverse side “6” of his number “56” uniform. “HENDERSON” appears across the back in white tackle twill on a purple name plate, while his number “56” adorns the front, back and shoulders, all in white-on-gold tackle twill. A “Reebok” NFL Equipment manufacturer’s tag rests on the front tail of the jersey with affixed tags that read “6”L.B.” and “48,” indicating size modifications and the size of the jersey. The inside collar features a white strip tag that reads “11-48” and “O.” The outer back collar and chest of the jersey both boast stitched Vikings logos. The jersey shows heavy signs of game use, including purple and black scuff marks. The signed jersey is PSA/DNA certified, number “N78083” and comes with a signed LOA by Alan Meza.
