“The Greatest,” Muhammad Ali (then Cassius Clay) is fantastically depicted in an iconic pose standing over and staring down at a fallen Sonny Liston after knocking him out in the first round of their second fight on May 25, 1965, 15 months after Clay had originally claimed the title from Liston. This limited edition (34/56) 30” x 45” handsomely framed giclee print is created by famed sports portrait artist Stephen Holland and is signed by Ali in thick gold paint brush pen and by artist Holland with “AVP 34/56” and “December 26, 1971 Vs. Jurgen Blin” inscriptions. The fight with Blin was 34th of Ali’s 56 wins, coinciding with the number of the print, which comes with an Online Authentics /certificate of registration and Sports Placement Service COA.
