Widely regarded as the greatest futbol player to ever take the field, Edison Arantes do Nascimento, better known as Pelé, was voted Football Player of the Century by the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS). He was also elected "Athlete of the Century" by the International Olympic Committee and Reuters News Agency in 1999. This offered yellow with green trim Pele jersey was worn during the Brazilian National Teams International season of 1970/71. The front features the “CBD” crest on the left breast, while the collar has the “Hering Malhas S. Paulo” label. The reverse contains his immortal number “10” stitched directly on the shirt. The front has a bold, black Sharpie “Edison Pele” signature. The jersey derives directly from Ramon Baretto, a Uraguayan referee who was a referee during the World Cups of 1974 and 1978. COA from Ramon Barreto for the jersey, and LOA from JSA for the signature.
