No one personifies New York basketball than the Knicks Patrick Ewing. From the beginning of his career in 1985 through 15 seasons, Ewing was the face of the Knicks franchise. This early gamer dates from his second pro season in which he made his first of 11 All-Star squads. Worn during that 86-87 season, this blue road jersey has "NEW YORK" across the front above Ewing's famed number "33", both in bright orange and white tackle twill. The lower left front tail has MacGregor labeling with added "6" LB" tagging. The inside collar has the Cosby Outfitters labeling. The sleeve opening and collar are striped in Knicks orange and white. The back has "EWING" sewn in white tackle twill and his "33" in orange and white. The Hall of Famer has signed the "3" in black pen and a Steiner hologram is affixed. The mesh jersey exhibits moderate court wear and remains bright and crisp. You couldn't ask for a better early Ewing gamer than this. MEARS has thoroughly examined and given this jersey their highest score of A10. Letter of Authenticity from Steiner and Dave Miedema.
