Director of two of the most famous movies ever made "Gone With The Wind" and "The Wizard of Oz", Victor Fleming was a pioneer of Hollywood's Golden Era. This 3 page 5 sided handwritten letter to silent film star Kathleen Clifford is written on Hotel Algonquin stationary and postmarked March 27, 1921. The Oscar winning director passed away in 1949 at the young age of 59 so any signed material by him is quite scarce. The pages have two horizontal fold marks from mailing and the original envelope is included as well. A must have for any collector of "Gone With The Wind" and "The Wizard of Oz" or early Hollywood. Letter of Authenticity (V09930) from PSA/DNA.
