The Yankees top farm club finished just 3 games back in the International League in 1982. Future Yankees stars Don Mattingly and Dave Righetti were joined by former big leaguer Bobby Bonds under manager Frank Verdi. Other notables on the team were Steve Balboni and Otis Nixon. 24 Clippers have this Official International League ball in blue ball point.
