Justin Smith wore this size 48 Nike authentic red 49ers jersey during San Francisco’s romp of the visiting Buffalo Bills 45-3 on October 7, 2012 at Candlestick Park. Smith finished the day with four solo tackles and his game worn jersey shows heavy game use with markings on the jersey and numbers. Smith’s number “94” is sewn on tackle twill in front, back and on the shoulders, while “SMITH” is stitched on in a red matching nameplate. The jersey has shoulder cut sleeves and “49ers” is stitched below the “NFL” shield at the base of the front v-neck. This jersey comes with a PSA/DNA NFL Auction COA (N88297) which authenticates its game use.
