The leader of a strong San Francisco 49ers defense, the hard-hitting Ronnie Lott helped lead the franchise to four Super Bowl titles in an eight-year span from 1982-90. Lott, a lockdown corner who later moved to safety, earned 10 Pro Bowl bids during his 14-year career, which culminated with a Hall of Fame induction in 2000. This red San Francisco 49ers game-used Lott jersey comes from the defensive back’s glory years from the mid-to-late 1980s. Lott’s number “42” appears on the front, back and both shoulders of the jersey in white applique. “LOTT” is featured across the back of the jersey in white applique on a stitched red name plate. The front tail of the jersey boasts a stitched “Russell Athletic” manufacturer’s tag, size 44. The game-used jersey shows heavy signs of game use, including team repairs on the left shoulder and sleeve, as well as contact throughout, though most notably on the reverse “42.” The game-used Lott jersey comes with a full LOA from Mears, who have graded the jersey an A10.
