A great game used lot featuring three items used during the 2012 season by Cleveland's "Dr. Smooth". Brantley's home white Cool Base jersey was worn during the June 18, 2012 game against Cincinnati. The white jersey has "Indians" in red and navy tackle twill across the front with navy piping around the collar and sleeve openings. Size 48 Majestic label is in the lower left front tail. Chief Wahoo patch is sewn on the left sleeve. The back has "BRANTLEY" in navy and red tackle twill on a white strip. His number "23" is below in red and navy tackle twill. MLB hologram FJ595692 is affixed to the "3". The jersey shows moderate game use with some slight staining evident. The batting helmet was worn during the July 22, 2012 game against Baltimore. The helmet has a navy crown with the Chief Wahoo logo on front and a red brim. The helmet shows heavy use with various scratches and scuffs throughout. Inside has a "7 3/8" white strip affixed along with Rawlings label. The padding is intact but well used. MLB hologram FJ595746 is affixed to the brim. Last in the lot is a ball hit for a home run by Brantley off Tigers pitcher Max Scherzer in the top of the first inning during the June 6, 2012 game in Detroit.
