Mike Tyson was the youngest boxer ever to win the WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight titles, and he did it in dramatic fashion. In fact, Tyson won his first 19 professional bouts by knockout with 12 of them being in the first round. In 1988 when Tyson knocked out Michael Spinks in 91 seconds to become the lineal heavyweight champion, few would dispute Tyson’s title of “The Baddest Man on the Planet.” Though a tumultuous personal life impacted the latter part of Tyson’s career, he is still recognized around the world as one of the greatest punchers in boxing history.

Offered here is a replica WBA championship belt that has been signed by Tyson. The center of the belt sports the WBA logo with a scale mounted atop a WBA sphere. The sides of the scale have the words “uniformity” and “control” balance by “co-operation.” Tyson has signed the belt boldly in white and the signature contrasts extremely well against the belt’s black background. The autograph has been authenticated by PSA/DNA (#6A35530).
