Awarded my MetLife to the man who embodied the Championship 1986 Mets - 1st Baseman Keith Hernandez. This chrome-plated serving tray is engraved on the surface with "MET OF THE YEAR KEITH HERNANDEZ 1986". From the amount of wear found on the surface, the Mets captain put this tray to good use within his household. Measures 16" x 20 1/2" and 1" deep. Manufacturers mark on the back from Jean Couzon of France and Ad Manufacturing Corp. A unique piece of the Mets proudest season. LOA from Keith Hernandez.
