Regarded as one of baseball’s most fearsome sluggers and best defensive centerfielders, 2014 AL MVP Mike Trout was originally a shortstop and pitcher for his high school team in Millville, New Jersey and even threw a no-hitter during his junior year against rival Egg Harbor Township High. Trout was converted to an outfielder during his senior year and hit a New Jersey high-school record 18 home runs. Trout signed this size 7 3/8 navy blue and white cap with an old English “M” logo on the top of its brim in bright silver sharpie with a “HS Game Used” inscription. PSA/DNA pre-certified cap shows heavy game use with sweat stains along the inside and outside of the brim with Richardson manufacturers label with flag tag and AOF 615 size 7 3/8 patch stitched onto rear headband; comes Anderson Authentics LOA signed by Trout.
