The 42nd President of the United States, William Jefferson Clinton wrote this personal letter to one Ronnie Britton of Hazen, Arkansas when he was still the state’s Governor. Post marked in Little Rock, AR on Sept. 6, 1979 in a Bill Clinton Governor State of Arkansas Little Rock 72201 envelope with the word “personal” handwritten at the bottom left hand corner, the letter is written on a sheet of State of Arkansas Office of the Governor stationary embossed with a seal of the state over Clinton’s name and reads:
“Dear Ronnie—You will never know how much your letter meant to me. I’m doing my best, and I’m grateful for your offer to help me get re-elected.
Sincerely
Bill Clinton
