Baltimore's acquisition of first baseman Eddie Murray ushered in the O's second run of pennant winners. Murray's Hall of Fame-calibre bat combined with his infield match-up with Cal Ripken Jr. made him one of the game's most popular stars of the early 80's. Swinging a piece of wood like this, Eddie became one of only 26 players in the history of the game to reach the exclusive "500 Home Run Club". Murray's Louisville Slugger model R161 bat shows light use with a crack that has been secured. Eddie's number "33" is hand written on the knob and best of all, the slugger has signed the bat's barrel. A splendid game used ax from one of the most popular men to ever suit up for the O's. Letter of Authenticity 1B08964 from PSA/DNA.
