No one jumped further and crashed more spectacularly than Evel Knievel. Throughout the late 60's and early 70's Knievel jumped everything from sharks and buses to Canyons and his bold and adventurous spirit captivated the world. This wonderful display collects two things Knievel was known for. The first is a color 8x10 photo of the daredevil in mid-jump, doing what he did better than anyone else - in this instance the August 20th, 1974 stunt in Toronto where he successfully jumped 13 Mack Trucks. That was just weeks before his grandest stunt, the Snake River Canyon Jump. In addition to the dramatic mid-air photo, the worlds-most-famous stuntman has signed one of the star-spangled number "1" patches he made famous in black marker. Back in the 1970's every boy with half a sense of adventure wore one of these patches on their jacket as a badge representing the excitement and danger an Evel stunt represented. Both items have been professionally mounted and framed and measures 19" x 25". Letter of Authenticity U41252 from PSA/DNA.
