A great bat from Alou’s best seasons. Split between the Pirates and Cards, Alou spent the years 1969 to 1972 consistently among the top hitters of the National League. Halfway through ’72 he was acquired by the A’s and was the added firepower they needed to ensure victory in the World Series that year. The Hillerich & Bradsby model M142 bat shows moderate use and is un-cracked. Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA 1B08986 who have graded this bat a GU 8.
