Johnny Vander Meer is the only pitcher in Major League history to throw two consecutive no-hitters. His first no-hitter was June 11, 1938 against the Boston Bees and then on June 15, 1938, he no-hit the Brooklyn Dodgers at Ebbets Field. Vander Meer signed this scorecard, which has been filled out in pencil, in blue pen with the inscription “6/11/38 6/15/38”. This item comes with a full LOA from JSA.
