The greatness of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr was laudable with every word he spoke. King was perhaps the best orator of the 20th Century as well as being the leader and driving force behind the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s. The importance of Dr. King in American History cannot be understated so his death at the age of 39 in 1968 marks one of the darkest day for many Americans. Presented is a mid-1960s TWA Royal Ambassador menu signed boldly on the cover, "Best Wishes, Martin Luther King, Jr." The signature is in blue ink and sits alone on the 10-1/2" by 8" booklet style menu. The menu is in excellent condition with only minimal wear evident along the borders and minor rub marks on the reverse. JSA LOA. PSA/DNA LOA, who have graded the signature a mint 9.
