Of all the things two-time MVP and Hall of Famer Robin Yount was known for, his mastery with the baseball bat likely stands out the most. The Milwaukee Brewers’ all-time hits leaders (3,142) added to his legacy in this grey game-used, button-down jersey from 1993 --- his final year in the Big Leagues. Yount signed the front of the jersey prominently in bold, black sharpie along with the inscription “3056-3059,” hits he picked up on the road in Kansas City that season. This jersey was worn 6/3 hits #3056-3057 and 6/4 hits #3058-3059. He went 2 for 4 each day vs the KC Royals. “Milwaukee” appears scripted across the chest in blue-on-gold tackle twill. “YOUNT” appears across the back in blue-on-gold tackle twill on a grey name plate, while his number “19” appears on both sides in matching style. The front tail of the jersey boasts a Russell Athletic manufacturer’s tag, size 44, while a white strip tag appears on the inside collar that reads “19 YOUNT-93-98. The signed, game-used jersey comes with LOAs from JSA and noted sports jersey expert Dave Miedema.
