A career .262 hitter with 563 career home runs and a still standing major league record 2,597 strikeouts, a clutch performer nicknamed “Mr. October” for his outstanding post-season performance, Reggie Jackson had perhaps his best overall season at the plate with the New York Yankees in 1980 when he hit an AL leading 41 home runs and eclipsed the .300 mark for the only time in his 21-year career.

It looks like Reggie got a few good whacks with this un-cracked 35-inch, 35.1-ounce Adirondack Big Stick model 288RJ Hickory finish bat that shows evidence of moderate use with some significant ball mark and stitch impressions around the top of the barrel. Some blue and green bat rack marks are also visible on the back of the barrel and on the white ring around the handle. The model number (288RJ), year (0) and order number (630) are stamped into the knob end and bat comes with PSA/DNA LOA certification #1B05133.
