When Jackie Robinson broke the color barrier in 1947, he paved the way for historic events to take place, like when Hank Aaron took Al Downing deep to become baseball’s all-time home run king. Both Downing and “Hammerin Hank” have each signed these Jackie Robinson 50th anniversary baseballs, with Downing inscribing “ 715th Home Run 4/8/74”, the date he gave up Aaron’s historic blast. Each of the three balls have been authenticated by JSA, and come with a certificate of authenticity.
