Hotel Stay : Enjoy a 3 days/2 nights in Los Angeles at the Omni Hotel California Plaza.
ESPY Awards Show: This package includes two reserved seats to the ESPY Awards Show.
Air Travel: This package includes round-trip coach class service for two from any major metropolitan airport in the 48 contiguous United States to Los Angeles, subject to program availability.
Air travel must be booked within one year from the date of purchase. All air travel taxes and a $25.00 per person processing fee are the responsibility of the purchaser. Blackout dates: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s weeks.
Business or First Class upgrades are available at the time of booking for an additional fee.
Delivery: Recipients should allow up to 30 days from the fundraising event date to receive their travel package Fulfillment Code. The fulfillment code allows access to the Points Of Travel Concierge Service (a subsidiary of AuctionABC). This package must be booked a minimum of 3 months prior to use and travel must be completed within 12 months from the fundraising event date.
Concierge Booking Service: Points Of Travel’s Complimentary Concierge Booking Service provides experienced travel professionals who will assist in redeeming your experience. All travel related reservations and trip details will be handled for every part of your Points Of Travel experience. As an accredited travel agency, Points Of Travel can assist with transportation and accommodation upgrades, extra hotel nights and additional guests. Additionally, Points Of Travel’s established network of destination contacts can assist you with booking other activities, experiences and tours.
Additional Information: Ground transportation (other than what may be stated herein) is not included with this package. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. This package is subject to availability, cannot be resold and is non-refundable.
