Legendary basketball center Wilt Chamberlain has signed and inscribed this circa 1960's New York City Cab Driver's Log Sheet Best Wishes" in pencil. This signature, which is signed on the verso of this 7x11 sheet was obtained when Chamberlain was picked up as a fare by the cab driver. This item is truly one of a kind.
