Legendary basketball star Michael Jordan is depicted in this hefty bronze patina monument that was reproduced in a limited edition from an original hand carved sculpture from world renowned master sculpture Caesar Rufo. The high relief monument of Jordan measures 12.5 inches in diameter and is mounted to a 15 X 18 wooden plaque that displays a plaque engraved with the name “Michael Jordan” and edition number “195/500.” Rufo sculptures are displayed in some of the finest collections and institutions, including the Smithsonian and The Metropolitan Museum. Jordan who in his final year playing at the University of North Carolina was named the Naismith College Player of the Year and led the NBA Chicago Bulls to six World Championships, three-peating twice while being named NBA Finals MVP each time.
