This magnificent 5x7 original matte finish studio portrait photograph captures the screen legend at the very beginning of his career. The prototypical tough guy has vintage signed and inscribed this portrait in black fountain pen “Sincerely, Humphrey Bogart” with his earliest known signature dating from the early 1930s. Bogart was nominated for Academy Awards for his unforgettable roles in "Casablanca," "The Caine Mutiny," and received the Oscar for best actor in "The African Queen” – but this remarkable piece was signed before he even dreamed of any of that!
